But for us it not just that simple.
Mevotech believes the diversity incorporates all of the elements which make individuals unique, and we celebrate the infinite differences. In other words, it is not just about gender, race, age, orientation and so forth. And most importantly its not about a policy statement on the wall or a statement in our corporate values.
For Mevotech it is about the evolution of our culture, and the invisible elements which suppress individuals diversity. Yes, it does involve making conscious and deliberate steps towards setting goals and strategies which identify and target the internal gaps. At Mevotech our culture has been founded on diversity and inclusion. It’s about engaging different points of view from those that make up our community demographics. Community Involvement
Community Involvement
Mevotech is proud to make charitable donations to organizations such as The Red Cross, Canadian Military Troops and their families, Canadian Cancer Society, Canadian Aids Society and much more. Mevotech will direct donations based on major catastrophes and major organizations or hospitals in need.
Mevotech and our employees continue to support local communities such as CAMH, Children’s Breakfast Club, North York Women’s Shelter and sponsoring a family at Christmas and CTV Toy Mountain.
