Ezer Mevorach
CEO
Ezer Mevorach has been in the automotive industry for 38 years, spending his entire career with Mevotech and as CEO of Mevotech since 2000. Ezer holds a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.), Mechanical Engineering from Clarkson University in New York. He has been honored with the Automotive Industries Association (AIA) of Canada’s highest individual honour, the Distinguished Service Award, for his contribution to the growth and development of the aftermarket industry.

Joseph Wilke
Chief Financial Officer
Joseph drives strategy and execution as Chief Financial Officer, with responsibility for the company’s overall finance function, including Treasury, Tax, Reporting, Risk Management and Financial Planning & Analysis. Previously, he held senior finance positions in various industries, including with Mattamy Homes, Husky Injection Molding Systems, Workopolis and Loblaw Companies Limited. He is a member of the Board of Directors at Canadian Feed the Children and a member of Financial Executives International. Joseph holds an Honours BA in Finance and Accounting from the University of Waterloo and has obtained the CPA, CA designation.

Todd Hack
Executive Vice President Sales and Marketing
Todd has more than 30 years of experience in the aftermarket, with a reputation for product innovation and developing strong customer relationships. Previously, he was VP Automotive Aftermarket at Gates Corp and President of Carquest. Todd is involved in numerous industry associations, and has also served on the board of governors for the Automotive Warehouse Distributors Association (AWDA) and is past chairman of the Manufacturers Advisory Council. Todd holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA), Marketing from Regis University and a Bachelor of Science (BS), Financial from the State University of New York at New Paltz.

Jamie McLoughlin
Executive Vice President, Operations
With his proven 25+ year track record, Jamie is an accomplished operations professional known for growing organizations and empowering high-performance cultures. He has been recognized for his strategic, transparent and collaborative leadership style, as well as his ability to challenge the status quo and drive positive change. A graduate of the DeVry Institute of Technology, Jamie earned his PLOG designation from Logistics Institute and Prince2 certification from the Schulich School of Business. He has held senior leadership roles with global organizations, including SCI, Delmar International, Kuehne and Nagel and DB Schenker, driving strategic initiatives to achieve positive business results.

Richard Stothers
Vice President, Engineering & Research
As head of engineering and research, Richard helps make our innovations reality. He oversees component designing, building and testing to ensure every Mevotech part meets our high expectations and our customers’ needs. Formerly VP of engineering at Active Exhaust and Director of engineering and sales at TeleflexGFI, he has over 30 years of automotive industry experience. Richard holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Mechanical Engineering from The University of British Columbia.

Allan Bartolini
Vice President, Human Resources and Organizational Development
Allan believes that the way to move forward is to never stop learning. He has held several key senior HR positions at various industries, including Vice President, Human Resources & Organizational Development at Global Furniture Group and Vice President, Corporate Human Resources & Development at Teknion. From talent management to rewards and recognition, he believes in building employee engagement and satisfaction within a learning environment. Allan studied Business Administration at Seneca College and holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc), Economics from York University. He holds the CHRE (Certified Human Resources Executive) designation from the HRPA (Human Resources Professionals Association).

Assaf Bar-Menachem
Vice President, Product Management
Assaf began his Mevotech career in 2004 as a Product Manager, Supply Chain, where he held various roles including Director, Supply Chain and Director, Product Management; and is currently the Vice President, Product Management, helping to ensure that Mevotech is continuously innovating and creating top-quality, technologically advanced automotive parts. Managing the product coverage volumes and research streams; he is skilled in product lifecycle management, supply chain optimization, value stream mapping and customer satisfaction. Assaf holds a Bachelor of Arts (BA), Information Technology from York University.

Luis Garcia
Vice President, Supply Chain
Luis is a senior supply chain executive with over 15 years of experience in setting the strategic direction for complex and fast-growing organizations. Previously, Luis was Vice President, Integrated Supply Chain with Sobeys and Vice President, Supply Chain with Gay-Lea Foods. His responsibilities included procurement, forecasting and inventory planning, as well as warehouse and transportation management. An inclusive leader and mentor, Luis is a Certified Continuous Improvement Master Trainer and holds a Six Sigma Green Belt. Fluent in English and Spanish, his academic background includes a Master’s in Business Administration from the Schulich School of Business and a Bachelor’s in Engineering from Simon Bolivar University.

Mark Gelsomini
Vice President, Information Technology
With his ability to lead, influence and inspire high-performing technical teams, Mark champions innovation-driven growth. He solves complex business problems with cost-optimized, reliable and standardized technologies, while leading transformation to create competitive advantage. A sought-after subject matter expert for technology and industry conferences, forums and publications, Mark is formerly VP, Information Technology at De Havilland Canada. He has also held senior roles at Reamined Systems, BookJane, Dundee Precious Metals and others. Mark earned his B.Sc. in Computer Engineering at the University of Toronto and holds several patents.
