Located at the wheel end, the Anti-lock Braking System (ABS), or wheel speed sensors, measure individual wheel speed and rotation. The wheel speed data is used by multiple vehicle control systems beyond braking, from traction control (TCS) to stability control (ESC, DSC) to engine, transmission and ride management.
